We will refund or exchange any off the shelf item returned within 7 days of receipt which is in original unused condition with original packaging and labels

In the case of bespoke orders, we can not accept returns unless an agreement has been reached prior to the order being placed. In the event we do accept a return on a bespoke bag, we can not offer a full refund. Refund amount will be agreed on an order by order basis.
